Tents set up at the cube already, looks like will have food. Maybe can push a few units as people buy before GST in April

Nice for a holiday home/ airbnb since its on the hilltop and have great facilities. Pricing more suited to own stay since rentals probably stagnant for first few years.

That's a very good deal. Visited on few occasions, ample visitor parking space, huge facilities, very good for own stay. Only 15-20 mins to Pavilion Bkt Jalil, Bdr Puteri, Pyramid
