best for u to get ur loan approved before u pay the balance / sign s&p
if u not able to get loan approved within the 14 days, talk to trinity, normally they allow wextension..

once u got the offer from bank and when u satisfied with the offer
u can start arrange with bank to sign the offer letter (or hold the signing until u get a better offer)
then u can make arrangement with lawyer to sign s&p.
once kaotim everything, u jz need to wait time to open acct...

yes..
if u take full flexi, once u open acct, they will start charge u rm10 the following month..
normally banker will advice u to open acct few weeks before 1st disbursement..
or u need to follow up with banker / sa on the 1st disbursement..

then u need to open acct before bank disburse this $$
coz this is not covered by dibs..
bt if u paying this $$ with cash / cheuque, then u need to ask banker / sa, coz i also nvr get any dibs property b4..

just call and inform andrew...
they also know its quite impossible to secure a loan within 14 days..
and mostly buyer will not pay the 10% downpayment before they manage to secure a loan..
unless...he is mgg a.k.a orang-kerusi...
