Hi all.

Im in the progress on familiarizing Raspberry PI
i come across "^X" in terminal.

Anyone can advise what is the keystroke for that?
Tried Shift, Alt, Ctrl X but it wont bring me back to the terminal main page back.
I do not want to close my terminal and reopen again.

Please advise

Edit: figured out ^ is actually Ctrl. hah! @_@

I do place heatsink on one of my rpi which does the torrent downloading. The others are just for media streaming. I'm planning to build a diy cooling system for my rpis and desktop but I guess it will have to wait after cny
*
Will have to check how to place those heatsinks, are you using those private trackers for torrent?
I don't use torrent much anymore, mostly just direct downloads using alldebrid account
Tried using pyload for openelec, but not getting max speed and unstable download speed.

FYI, Thundermatch Lowyat has the RPI 2 going for RM159. Purely as a matter of convenience and instant gratification.

I didn't buy one though, thinking of getting Odroid C1 for Android.

Might as well get rPI2 from element14 (rm127) with free shipping
Where do you plan to purchase Odroid C1?
Looks like another interesting mini pc with gigabit port
I see lots of Odroid models on hardkernel

Torrent is more reliable than http/ftp download actually, although it taxes your sdcard alot, as well as uses a lot of your cpu power(can't do anything else when my deluge is running)

If you check previous post, they actually provide free postage for any order on their website which is nice.
For me, I ordered the case for rpi2 later with no shipping charges.

I see... let me check again. If the availability status is "Awaiting Delivery" means that they don't have stock now and don't know when they'll get it?

They usually replenish their stocks really fast, bought mine a during CNY, and a day before that already listed out to stock
Also, not really rPI related, but has anyone bought an Odroid C1?
Has anyone had experience with korean post? It's the default courier for orders below $60 on hard-kernel.com
Just wanna ask how long it would usually take for delivery to malaysia since by their estimates could take more than a month.

I have ordered cubietruck, bananapi before this. Usually with package value <RM500, should not have issue with customs, furthermore Hardkernel declare it as "evaluation board", lagi no problem. Anyway, after 1 April with GST, situation may change. sad.gif

BTW, Odroid C1 idling temperature can easily reach up to 60 C degree.

Bananapi is about 35C. Cubietruck is 50C. Although both are using Allwinner A20 CPU, but bananapi cpu is mounted at the bottom of the board. Maybe this is the advantage. By touching on the plastic casing, bananapi is about the same as raspberrypi. Odroid is way too hot.

Hey guys. Very new to the world of pi and not sure if I should just wait till there is stock and buy pi2 or just get pi B+. Could you please help me out here?

It is a matter of if I should wait or not, if anyone has an idea when pi2 is gonna be available then I will just get it but of course at the normal price
