Why don't you guys do up a Facebook group page, form a team from there. Easier for communication and broadcasting messages.

Sounds like a good idea. U guys agree?
Let's form the group first. I think we're wasting our time if we didn't do anything.

If nobody sets up fb account, you guys can use widely-exposed PTLM for discussion and consultation purposes. https://www.facebook.com/groups/115179435202482/

I'm totally concerned for the buyers here and this is really very bad developer.

Why not set a date to meet up at Mayland Office, Maytower KL? Like 4-Nov-13 or 6-Nov-13, 10am when they open office? List what documentations to bring along, and get reporters along too, while at it. Buyer's rights should always be protected.

Its been more than 60 days since I sent my withdrawal letter to them and still have not got my refund. Have been calling mayland office many times the past week and they told me there is some issue processing the refund in the accounting department. When asked to speak to the person in charge Mr.Goh he is not in his desk (what a coincidence)

I am expecting Mr. Goh to return my call which I doubt he would. If I can't recover my deposit within 7 days I will seek my lawyer. Any of you going through the same ding dong issue?

Mayland this is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Do not leave your customers in the dark. At least have the courtesy to write in to the affected people with an explanation. I purchased a unit here. Good thing is I have the SPA copy and there is a clause whereby the developer needs to pay compensation for late delivery.

My letter was sent about 30 days ago. They promised a refund within 60 days.

They're certainly doing themselves no favour with the way they handling this situation. The whole thing is a mess and this goes viral like wildfire easily.

I'm the Royal Regent buyer.
If you are referring to the same person.
Forget about it, this guy not dare to pick up the phone, and not even reply the email.
