may I know which lawyer firm agreed to refund 50% of the loan agreement fee? Is just the 50% of Legal fee or 50% of total amount loan agreement fee? |

but as I know the construction period is 4 years... & the s&p is signed on july 2012... but when I checked with s&p lawyer last year, they never receive any order from Mayland say that this project been terminate.
