for me different case, I didnt even produce my IC...
was consulting the doctor then he ask whether I got insurance or not...
he ask me whether want cover by insurance...

i said ok covered by insurance then he straight apply from his computer...

You are still required to provide your IC for registration purposes. Otherwise, they won't be able to recognize you.

GE agent quoted me a price based on age..im new to insurance thing.any help is greatly appreciated

1. Depends on the plan benefit
2. Different insurer has their own cost factor and Claim experience
3. There is no such thing as fixed price. It'll be subject to repricing in the future if needed by the insurer.

Can't do anything. Tried buying online no success. If online options exist, I wouldn't be asking agents. Some agents really pushy. Some nice.

Still good. But with govt no money and talks about govt going to intro basic health insurance, better to get one just in case.

I got no exposure to financial planner cause I am too poor to pay RM200/h. Going to get a zoom session with an independent financial planner soon (courtesy of my friend intro) and the independent financial planner agree to waive her fees. Let's see if she knows her stuff.

Don't worry. I still dislike agents. Like I said, if I can do online, I would have done it online. I already contacted prudnetial company and they send some guy who only does prudentialBSN only. Talk for like 20 minutes and came to conclusion, what he have to sell does not match my criteria at all. Contacted prudential again and told them don't send a person who only does prudentialBSN. Send me a person who is doing prudential (non islamic product). Still waiting for reply from them. Nothing.
