for me different case, I didnt even produce my IC...
was consulting the doctor then he ask whether I got insurance or not...
he ask me whether want cover by insurance...

i said ok covered by insurance then he straight apply from his computer...
so easy nowdays... sweat.gif

i see... most probably during check in time at the registration counter....
that time thought wanna self pay coz i thought my policy didnt cover.... haha...
