When i go to a private hospital, what proof can i show that i have an insurance policy with prudential? Since there is no card or anything to show for now.

The hospital will be able to pull out the record if you do hold a policy with an insurer that is active.

Just produce your NRIC and the frontdesk can settle all for you incl. getting approval from the insurance co if they are their panel

Your NRIC.
Another method is to download the pulse app and link your policy.
Once at hospital just show the apps my account policy will do.
