food still ok lah..juz the table seating issue, but we can juz split up since we going 4couples 2 frens.lol.. transport we 98% take subway,so wont be an issue..if u really need to take taxi, the least is provide them the Korean name of the place u wanna go. u show them english no use liaw.haha.. but so far all the attractions, restaurant are reach-able by walking.

what i hate most(about travelling in group) is we agree 8am start our journey, then they take their time brush teeth la,breakfast la then in the end 9am or even 10am only start. a big NO NO if u got a slightly pack schedule.. must tell then 1st,if late, leave them!  brows.gif
thats why i only get to SEE in Everland only.  vmad.gif becoz fren take their time sleep late late.

agree!! travel wif a bunch of ppl is sometimes kinda troublesome as some of them might nt agree on ur plan, etc.. sure gt argument 1. suppose wanna go wif my bf only bt in the end his sis n my sis wanna tag along as well.. i can't stop them wat.. sweat.gif

different ppl haf different type of travel style.. some like to sleep until enough n take their sweet time to go from 1 place to another.. dun like rushing.. while some is like to wake up early in the morning n start travel after breakfast till very late at nite. they dun like to waste every mins!! tongue.gif some ppl will think travel like tat no fun n tired.. bt wat to do.. if pack schedule n wanna cover many places.. is like tat lor.. lolz

That is why I prefer to travel alone if my hubby not coming with me. Girls is very ma fan ler! Even though I am a girl but I don't like to travel with girls. Very petty. When I travel alone, I can meet with other travellers and we can go together if we like the places and vice versa.

Hi,Im new to this thread. Travel to Korea soon for a week, and will be my first time to Korea this coming Jun.
From KL to Incheon,Incheon to KL. Stay 1 night at hotel nearby the airport, next day will go to Yeosu then to Seoul.
For the Yeosu expo too,if can make it. laugh.gif

I need a suggestion for hotels, nearby the Incheon airport,at Yeosu and Seoul, with a good price. Maybe can share me your stay before?
Im trying to read all from this thread, but seems too many posts. rclxub.gif
Any suggestion, what I need to bring, what I should not bring from Msia.
Food, will there be a chinese food like here? =D
About telecom, for my phone(iP4s) or will there a rental? Well, need to text, call and on9 too like we are here in Msia.
I just don't know what to prepare. Hope the weather not too cold this Jun so I don't need cold jacket? =)

Really need you guys opinion since I have no idea how it will be there.
Really appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi, i'm planning to go travelling in seoul by myself around september for about 9 days.

Hmm can anyone recommend me good places to stay which is close to transport and cheap as well. Coz i'm on a student budget.

Has anyone went for the korean homestay? Where korean families open up a room for rent and provide meals etc.

To forumers who asked me about Jeju do. I have to give some tips to you. If you guys decide to visit Jeju, I suggest you stay 2 nites because Jeju do is bigger than Singapore and Melaka. The places of interest are spread from West Coast to East Coast. They journey from West to East or vice versa already takes about more than 1 hour drive. You are going to be very exhausted if stay 1 nite only. The plane ride, the driving and all. Over exhausted during holiday is no fun.

67000W for 48hrs? That's cheap! You said you rented from Kumho rite? How did you book it? Thru their online website? Or you rent it when u reached jeju airport?
*
i booked the car online through their website and only pay when collect the car in jeju.. for 3d2n or exactly 48hours..
the whole process was very smooth. once arrive at the jeju airport, show the booking slip at their counter at the airport, then take their shuttle bus to the car collection area, make payment, check car status and we can utilized the car already.
