i'm using streamyx 512kbps service...
my problem is every 2-3 hours i have to restart my modem becozz of connection time out... i cannot surf tru the webpage, my msgr normally disconnect by itself but the weird thing is my bittorent still d/l eventho the NAT button change to yellow color after sometimes... when i restart my modem, the connection ok again, but again after 2-3 hours im facing the same problem again.. it really2 bugs me... FYI im using d-link 500t modem and here is my status: SNR Margin : up:31dB dl:25 dB Line Attenuation : up:7dB dl: 4 dB Data Rate : up:1536kbps dl: 512 kbps anyone can help? |

You can try borrowing one from your friend before making a choice to purchase a new modem. Check if your line and splitter is okay. After the TELEKOM technician came to change my port, my connection changed ... From INTERLEAVED mode to FASTPATH mode ...
For the worse , the stability is like HELL ... Any solution to be suggested ? |
