After all agen don't earn much from it so I doubt any would even be interested

Just ask ur salesman to submit a few banks and see which give u the best offer

u put more than 10% downpayment, shouldnt be problem ... or u work less than 1 yr? ur company sdn bhd? mnc? etc...?

My company sdn bhd work half year only . Beside that I normally work in kl and I apply from my hometown which is kelantan. I'm apply since last week sunday( kelantan bank working only Sunday)

i guess need guarantor... bank now tightens their loan .. if im not mistaken must work more than >1 yrs and age is also one of the factor..

Im 24 beside that my friend apply public bank without guarantor plus he also working half year he downpayment 30k for vios Trd and the bank call him in 3 days sad :-(

they see ur commitment, ur bank statement

or maybe u have ctos or ccris

which u did not realize
