u put more than 10% downpayment, shouldnt be problem ... or u work less than 1 yr? ur company sdn bhd? mnc? etc...?

i guess need guarantor... bank now tightens their loan .. if im not mistaken must work more than >1 yrs and age is also one of the factor..

or maybe u have ctos or ccris
