QUOTE(AaronFPS @ Sep 14 2013, 04:34 PM) The bad experience from Newegg Malaysia is that they deliver item slow and they do not operate on weekend (Sunday). And they provide the local shipment tracking 1 day late (which basically means once you receive it, then only you receive the shipment tracking code which is kinda pointless)When there is delay in shipment, they do not inform the buyer unless the buyer queries them. There is one incident where a Newegg Malaysia reports that one of shipment is lost during transaction, Newegg Malaysia requires buyer to pay extra for it instead of asking refund from the shipment company. Not sure how they handle that dispute after that. You can check this out in their https://www.facebook.com/NeweggMalaysia comment. The good experience is the price point. You can save alot of $$$ if you know when to buy those US electronic products starting from RM50-300++. If the savings is below RM50 and item is sold locally, its not worth the hassle to wait 2-4 weeks for product to reach your doorstep. |

Malaysia courier only covers RM 100-300 for lost/damaged products. If end users did not purchase additional insurance (which they usually do not), then only the initially insured value can be compensated by the shipper. Shipper also has very thorough and tricky insurance claim procedure which usually requires consignee to make the claim within a certain amount of hours.
Malaysia courier tracking is also not exactly the best. Unlike larger countries, most goods are delivered within 1-2 business days. However, users in Malaysia tend to be really anxious shopping online and cannot wait to get the tracking number. If after gotten tracking number and shipper did not update the system messages such as "tracking number does not work" starts appearing in the mail box which vendor usually cannot do anything because that's what shipper would tell them "not updated in system yet" Business is tough these days |

How do you go about ordering from them? Their website seems to be wonky and I can't find anything about it on their fb page.
