they go by batches as i recall from reading in this thread. i suppose the lack of confidence is due to people still not used to online orders
ah well, as for me. i think a lot of time before ordering through newegg just because of warranty term. As we need to bear the postage fee after 30 days of purchased which mean it going to cost you a lot imo :/
always wanted to try ordering through them but the warranty term is bugging me too much.

same here, i had to think and rethink carefully to confirm my purchases. in the end, i deduced that the risks of DOA is lesser than the satisfaction of procuring an EVGA card (which is not available in Msia)
yeahh
i like evga product. when only their product is available at malaysia tho :/
the only reason ill buy through newegg is only because of product unavailability in Malaysia

I wonder when will be quiet! going to enter Malaysia also, some of their products do take my interest *may be out of topic since not even newegg got this German's products except certain limited PSU

imo, its because EVGA's own warranty policy. it eliminates the problem/hassle/costs arising from distro/seller. your item needs warranty? you straight deal with EVGA; anywhere, anytime, anyone.
well, without distributor on Malaysia, there will be no EVGA here >.< saw the pricing on their card on newegg not bad also, 650 ti boost 1gb only USD145 last time. whew

I've order quite a number of stuff from them, they ship my stuff in utmost best condition. And as far as warranty, certain products have a rather good reliability. Except for DOA which is just random. Haha
yeah well, if its DOA its fine since they will cover it fully but if the item dead after 30 days of purchase, they said that we had to pay for the shipment to US ourselves which i think going to cost a lot iinm :/

Ya, I knew EVGA are not at Malaysia. And it cost more than Winfast. Hehe... The sad thing is there should be no import tax as they were PC item. But why should people care about us.
hahah, well the thing is that time it include tax because I place a quotation from newegg.com, if i ordered from neweggbusiness, the tax will be waive. but usually, all the discount/offer/codes are for newegg.com only
yah, i thought better buy winfast, it was 2gb some more

My bad. Was reading an EVGA return policy thread and got confused. Lol. Bur either way, those complaints are from newegg US. I'd say with our newegg being so new, they'd try their best to keep their customers happy.
