Hi, I'm interested with Sierra 6 and Dumalis 2. May I know how is the overall building quality for these 2 properties? Any major leaking issue? Hope for genuine owners feedback smile.gif

I think he referring if he buy into Sierra 16 and puts an existing IOI buyer as referral, whether he can get some share of the fee.

Can check if you know the current asking price for the Sierra 6, the 27x73 double storey?

Sierra 6 now 1.42mil left 5 unit only

Errm, so many ppl mis-read me, haha. I actually interested to find out if all Sierra 6's double storey / 2 storey (not 3 storey) owners are own stay / just keeping
bcz I never see any listing for subsales.

I saw 2 or 3 listings but when I checked the price with the agents, all just sending me the developer's 3 storey unit. Ya, it's 1.4mil, free MOT, free m/fee, etc
That 5 units very hard to move since few months ago.

3 storey is hard to sell in most location, but this Sierra 6 is one of the best among whole IOI projects, too conventional and dull looking.

Business so hard nowadays, but all the best to you.

Saw there is a 2 storey available for sale at 1.25mil. I noticed some common leaking issue at the car poach area, also I'm concerning about the skylight roof over the time leaking will sure happen in Malaysia weather. I was told that IOI provide additional 12 months warranty for leaking not sure is because of this.

Yeah, agreed with you the modern facade and spacious layout does attract me. But what I heard S6 does faced with a lot leaking issues especially roof, skylight and car poach. This issues still pestering all the owners till today. It let me think twice to get a unit there now. Also the house's roof just consist of concrete slab without proper water proofing method applied. Maybe the existing S6 owners can comment Abit here.

Dumalis 2 already sold out sometime bck, looking for sub-sale in case there is any unit. Seriously IOI built quality still need to improve further. The only good thing about 16 Sierra is the location and accessibility.

yaloh, now I checking the availability list in system, left 3 units Sierra 6 and 1 unit Avens only, selling out already. As now need loan approved only can booking, so don't have loan reject units anymore.

Just now check again, left 1 unit in Sierra 6 (3 Storeys SuperLink 27x73 with 3500sqft) and Avens totally sold out. Also won't have loan reject units already, as nowadays with Loan Offer only can booking. Congrats for earlier buyers, your phases are sold out!
