The reason we going for Durian Tunggal is because it is strategically located in between 2 hospitals. we both work in hospitals and it is their policies to not have husband and wife working in the same hospital.
The project name is Nuri by SPB. What your opinion about this project? Is it overprice since it located quite far from town and it is freehold non-bumi lot actually.
Why you said you will not touch any properties there above RM300K? Do you think it is overprice?
Already looked at Taman Paya Rumput and it is also in my list.
