u mean, they have convert the bumi lot o non bumi?
sorry i have caused a bit of a confusion in here.
the developer has not converted any bumi lot to non bumi lot. they need consent from state government to do that, and they can only apply for consent to convert after the units are completed. the state government may or may not give consent for the conversion.
the phase 2 bumi lot for single sty bglow was opened for sale starting last week. the developer told me that the phase 1 bumi lot single sty bglow had almost been sold out; only left the end lot units and a few intermediate units. that's why they decided to launch the phase 2 bumi lot single sty bglow last week.

There is one last standard unit for Type L about RM404k up for sale. About 6-7 units left including the 1 standard unit.
I don't think Phase 2 bumi units are up for sale yet. Developer should show that they have exhausted all avenues to sell the units before applying for conversion. Phase 2 was launched about 6 months only.
You are mistaken.
Please go to the sales office to confirm what I've posted earlier.
