Expensive for Malaccans .. But not for outstation ppls..
Not friendly boss/family members.. Just normal food. small rice ball and small piece of chicken..

Prefer to eat chicken rice ball at Melaka Baru ( Opposite Wilson Chicken Rice Shop ) or Pandan Malim Business Park
and many outstations ppls use GPS/data plan google maps to seek / ask for directions..

Another good favourite recommendation = KLEBANG COCONUT SHAKE (Coconut + Milk + Ais-Cream..
(Beside Klebang Besar Caltex Petrol station) .. Weekends = very long long queue and many cars /ppls..
Go inside for dine-in .. For packs, wait for outside ..

It is a BALL Typed CHicken Rice ..

It shape like a BALL, very round and smell Great when eat with chilli ..

to tourism location chicken rice shop which situated beside Hard Rock Café Melaka ..

Which bank willing to give credit? The return of investment(ROI) in % = ?? Tourists from/to Dumai?

I'm sure coming another 20 years from now, it will not happen.. The justification for this project hard to

Pay Fong 1 school (in Krubong Jaya). still very near to dump rubbish area, right? http://www.pbrealty.com.my/project/one-krubong/ Will drive to there again from Malim Jaya this weekend to see it by my own eyes.

contacted the sales office (per the developer's website ) yesterday and she mentioned that
the few show room unit /sample will be ready before year-end 2013 or just b4 CNY 2014..

Eagerly wait for the soft launching then.

Did the same thing above today, and the guard just let me in too.. Perhaps, still in CNY visitation mode, and not so strict with

The Waste Dump smell of the rubbish is strong after 5 years. If I got a choice, prefer other taman ..

Since you mentioned that rubbish dump site will move to other place by this year end,
do you know the new location of rubbish dump site for consumer to avoid buy new housing area there?
