Expensive for Malaccans .. But not for outstation ppls..
Not friendly boss/family members.. Just normal food. small rice ball and small piece of chicken..

Prefer to eat chicken rice ball at Melaka Baru ( Opposite Wilson Chicken Rice Shop ) or Pandan Malim Business Park
and many outstations ppls use GPS/data plan google maps to seek / ask for directions..

Another good favourite recommendation = KLEBANG COCONUT SHAKE (Coconut + Milk + Ais-Cream..
(Beside Klebang Besar Caltex Petrol station) .. Weekends = very long long queue and many cars /ppls..
Go inside for dine-in .. For packs, wait for outside ..

It is a BALL Typed CHicken Rice ..

It shape like a BALL, very round and smell Great when eat with chilli ..

Yup.. This want is one of the best in Melaka .. Tasteful.. Most importantly, very CHEAP compared
to tourism location chicken rice shop which situated beside Hard Rock Café Melaka ..

Longest bridge in the WORLD at the busiest straits in the WORLD? VERY Narrow straits.. Worry at night ship will
accidentally hit the bridge block and bridge collapse or ship sink like titanic?

IMHO, the project will be No Action Talk Only (NATO) .. in 2006, this project suggested + proposed
by former Chief Minister and after 7 years, new CM continue do the talking.

WHO and HOW to fund the largest portion of the bridge? Interest rate payment in long run??
Which bank willing to give credit? The return of investment(ROI) in % = ?? Tourists from/to Dumai?

I'm sure coming another 20 years from now, it will not happen.. The justification for this project hard to
get main source of income to fund it..

Krubong area has an unpleasant smell due to waste rubbish dump area.. Been there a few times
to visit friends/relatives whom are staying at the taman near School( Sek. © Pay Fong 1).
Its offensive odor very strong especially at night, even the waste rubbish area is about 2-3km away from the school.

Krubong Perdana is very ulu ulu kampong 5-6km NORTH and FAR away from Pay Fong 1 school.

Krubong Jaya is very near INDUSTRIAL Area with company like Vishay Semiconductors, very near lebuhraya AMJ traffic junction. Do u want/like to live in an industrial area and near dump rubbish area?

1K Residence Krubong= big project with 943 units is a 400-500 meters(3-4 mins driving) northwest from
Pay Fong 1 school (in Krubong Jaya). still very near to dump rubbish area, right? http://www.pbrealty.com.my/project/one-krubong/ Will drive to there again from Malim Jaya this weekend to see it by my own eyes.

contacted the sales office (per the developer's website ) yesterday and she mentioned that
the few show room unit /sample will be ready before year-end 2013 or just b4 CNY 2014..

Eagerly wait for the soft launching then.

Did the same thing above today, and the guard just let me in too.. Perhaps, still in CNY visitation mode, and not so strict with
few family members sitting inside the car..

Nowadays, Every Msia states got its OWN university.. Less outstation students will come to MMU Melaka
to study and less rental to be collected.. Hard to buy aprt/property for investment in Bt Beruang anymore ..

Surround got many SME factories and can smell the rubbish dump site from Pay Fong 1 school and nearby
houses/taman..

The Waste Dump smell of the rubbish is strong after 5 years. If I got a choice, prefer other taman ..

Since you mentioned that rubbish dump site will move to other place by this year end,
do you know the new location of rubbish dump site for consumer to avoid buy new housing area there?
How u got the confirmed news?

Are your source is CORRECT??
Don't Trust mouth words from politicians / FB
Many contractors would NOT to develop the land, as developers will have very hard time
to improve sales and their cost will stack up..
