HEY Guys, i just bought Taman Nuri http://www.spb-property.my/ from this developer. My sister in law bought Taman Nuri Phase 3 and the quality is super-b ! she just got her key last 2 weeks, i went there with her for checking the house condition and found there was just min defect , it been solved within 3 days. Wonder is anyone of you bought your dream house? I guess SPB Property is one of the best choice!
Quite true, my relatives recently bought a unit of double storey terrace from them, there are few defects (minor), was fixed within a few days upon report. The key handover experience is also one of the best (according to my relatives) in Melaka.
Not sure I trust two people who signed up just to post these obviously dubious endorsements. You could also look at this FB group called boycott to SPB: https://m.facebook.com/boycotttospb/#_=_
I have no opinion either way having never looked at an SPB property.
ETA not referring to Mr Loo.

Seems quiet here..looking for landed bungalow or semi-d around paya rumput area.
I've been eyeing on paya rumput perdana for a while. Not in urgency, so was thinking to wait until moratorium is over to see how the market price there change.. (auction unit perhaps?)

Budget max 500k, maybe can stretch to 600k.
This area gets very messy do drive in and out during peak hours.

Job market is very poor especially without the proper infrastructure. Can see many office complxes/shoplots very empty even after a decade since completion. Public transport is non-existant. Melaka is primarily driven by tourist industry that only want short term rental and old settled families who still prefer landed.
Despite the high competition of AirBnBs in condos in Malacca, business is very good for those in it. This is an old video (1 year old) of a simple unit used as a AirBnB in Bali Residences. Had a chat with the owner recently and he mentioned that business is overall very good (over a 1 year period). Business has certainly recovered post Covid-19.
He did not share the exact breakdown of tourist, but if I were to guess, I would say it's due to the increase in local travel, tourist from overseas (especially Singapore as our Ringgit has tanked against SGD, not to mention the USD).
On a separate note, very interesting how this 'Bali Residences @ Melaka' is designed. Clearly positioned for AirBnB / short term rental. Rarely do you see condos with such a variety of facilities in Klang Valley.
