The Bank has just released 10% for my Phase 2, piling done and was told that Phase 1 will be completed by year end. Will be interesting to see the subsale price. My friend bought Taman Krubong Perdana for 180k and d market value now is about 300k. Cool investment

taman merbok developed by TeoBros increased from RM300k (phase 2) to RM350k(phase 3 - in construction). my neighbour selling his house (phase 2) at RM350k. in 2 years time after signing S&P. consider good return? i dont think so la...the RM50k to offset the interest paid in two years time and all other misc charges like mrta, lawyer fee..etc...

Everyone try to put the price very high, but nobody going to buy at that price. And you can try to go Krubong Perdana to see how many people staying now, i think this is the most far housing development.

Krubong Perdana....i remember i got a friend bought it, taken years to renovate. Until now, the Taman still look like a new Taman because not much ppl move in....
