Everyone try to put the price very high, but nobody going to buy at that price. And you can try to go Krubong Perdana to see how many people staying now, i think this is the most far housing development.

I ve not been there to judge, but there are some transacted units at 270-300k. Agreed that it is quite far in. Maybe ppl buying there are working nearby? It is kind of expensive considering d location but it still appreciated nicely.

As far as I concern, it is a must to have low cost houses at each taman...then tprp become not so premium residential area... Just my thought..

Actually I'm wondering why being near to the toll is considered a feature or + point? Melaka's only toll is to go to the NS highway.

Unless its a weekend house for KL/SG people to travel often.

Seremban properties have good potential too. Melaka properties are quite good for investment too.

many projects laaa...

if you drive from melaka town heading north towards pantai klebang, almost all the lands that you see on the sea side are reclaimed lands. biggrin.gif

and those are leasehold lands.

The whole of Melaka Raya also reclaimed land. Even Mahkota Parade, Mahkota Hotel, Holiday Inn all is reclaimed land.

Basically in town area, anything land beyond Dataran Merdeka towards the sea is all reclaimed land.
