Actually I'm wondering why being near to the toll is considered a feature or + point? Melaka's only toll is to go to the NS highway.

if you drive from melaka town heading north towards pantai klebang, almost all the lands that you see on the sea side are reclaimed lands.

and those are leasehold lands.

The whole of Melaka Raya also reclaimed land. Even Mahkota Parade, Mahkota Hotel, Holiday Inn all is reclaimed land.

Basically in town area, anything land beyond Dataran Merdeka towards the sea is all reclaimed land.
