QUOTE(CKH2012 @ Jun 6 2012, 03:00 PM) I have no answer for this as I am not expert, just a typical car user (I do know some cars, the procedure is to wait till the airbaglight turn off before starting the engine). Yupp..i use method 1 from day 1 until now (2 years 2 months+). My car electronics still works perfectly fine until now. i've stressed this so many times..if in any way, the first method will ruin your car's electronics, KIA will surely not allowing this method to practice in the first place. For me, using the second method to start the car is like beating the purpose of having the start button (to ease the starting procedure).I start the car using the 1st method, my car already 1 year. Another bro here, Izputra, he mentioned he uses method 1 and his car already 2 years. I believed either way is OK. But if you are worry, then u can use the 2nd method to start the car. One more thing, i did not warm up the car before driving it. Every morning going to office, i just start the car & drive away immediately..no time to waste..hehe. But i will drive it @ a moderate speed for the first say 2-3km This post has been edited by izputra: Jun 7 2012, 07:55 AM |

QUOTE(ckkean @ Jun 6 2012, 11:14 PM) My iphone can pair with my car through Bluetooth. Didn't the SA teach you how to pair it to your iphone? You need to pair it with password, but i forgotten what is the password. And you dare to kacau the wiring to install the lockteck so soon after you got your new car? the manual has stated the password is 0000 but it still fail. Do I need to activate the car bluetooth besides just opening up the bluetooth screen? |

QUOTE(randeron @ Jun 7 2012, 09:18 AM) it works. Thanks buddyAdded on June 7, 2012, 9:54 am QUOTE(ckkean @ Jun 6 2012, 11:14 PM) My iphone can pair with my car through Bluetooth. And you dare to kacau the wiring to install the lockteck so soon after you got your new car? i just installed the lock without the wiring. at first I thought the car cannot be started coz the brake pedal is fully locked but found that there is still small room to press on the brake pedal.this is dangerous if the car is started without unlock it hence today I will buy some rubber pad and tight on the locktech so that no more room for the brake pedal to be press and started the car accidentally. hope it will work. Hi sifu, my SA asked me to pay a portion of my down payment in cash (arnd 2.4k) because he needs to pay registration fees, road tax, number plate and also his own commission so that he can install the free body kit he promised. Is his request valid?
