i ordered from HLJ before.. if i understand correctly.. BULK meaning have a couple of same items.. for example.. item A got 2 units.. itemB got 4 units... so far i havent got taxed on my shipment.. yet.... just to inform... I'm from Northern region.... initially i thought my shipment would come to me via Kastam Bayan Lepas but i noticed that they all came from Kastam KLIA... so i guess any dispute on the taxed item need to be resolved at Kastam KLIA.. 3AAAQUOTE I've ordered a Nitro RC car from US for over RM1000, and have to pick up myself at Butterworth from custom. Fortunately didn't have to pay tax, just have to pay a small processing fee. Actually, it's my dad who always picks up items from custom. I think he knows the person that's in charge of custom. I used to always order items onine from overseas. For big items, I usually have to pick up myself, but small items alway arrived at my doorstep. i guess the only get inspected by Kastam KLIA... but not by the local Kastam.. so anyone care to comment? Jackygwhi didnt have any plan to get anything from the internet... yet... if i do.. will let you know.. kuman This post has been edited by kuman: Jan 11 2006, 04:37 PM

Will they inform me?? 1. You use money order if you need to pay for something via US Mail and dont want to use your credit card. A money order is an instrument that orders a sum of money to be paid to someone else. You pay for the order in the amount that HLJ stated, along with a fee to the establishment selling it, and sends the order to the person he wants to pay. Because the money order must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, the payee is guaranteed the money will be paid to him. A money order does not expire, so the payee can cash it at any time. Cashier's checks from a bank are much the same as a money order, but usually involve larger sums of money. Many stores have limits on how much someone can make a money order for. Cashier's checks usually involve amounts of money over $500 or $1,000. They are guaranteed by the issuing bank. 2. Yes, they usually will do and you have the rights to open any enquiries about your package. Chances of getting your items released from them is particularly low if they are deemed illegal in this country - so dont waste your time arguing with them unless you are sure that your items didnt go against any of their rules. I'll still have some items confiscated by the customs 2 years ago. Its a shipment of beauty products sent by my client for a photo shoot as they are not available/sold here. The reason that they are not allowed in is they doesnt have the approval safety certificate for them and are listed as hazardous material This post has been edited by providence: Jan 13 2006, 08:48 AM

QUOTE I trying to refer to DC and XL how they manage to bring in PORN figurines through their shipment. To bring in individually is not recommended and amazingly they managed to. Me too, particulary that kneeling-blushing-loli-with-almost-exposed-nips-that-you-could-actually-remove-her-tiny-upper-shirt figurine I saw in a shop over here. It's amazing how they could get THAT in. QUOTE(providence @ Jan 13 2006, 08:46 AM) Yes, they usually will do and you have the rights to open any enquiries about your package. Is this legal? And what are the rules, really? Can one bring in a H-figurine if the packaging of the box is black, like some of the A-Brand stuff, or a H-game/H-magazine? >_>

Anyway, I'm using SAL. no tracking service is available for SAL. it just treated just like normal mail. if no body at home, postman will just drop it at u front door, no receipent signature is required. btw, i think HLJ accept PayPal. and u guys can made use of PayPal by applying a Debit Card/Visa Electron from local bank. Debit Card is very easy to apply as long as u r 18+.
