How bout we share minor part of the shipping fee then paid for the poslaju fee when stock arrive to the one who receive the stuff?

Is it a useable way???

if you only buy 1 item and ships it back directly to msia... it will be expensive and not worth it. but if you buy few items and do combine shipping then you'll save a bit.

sure no prob... just pm me and we'll see how to work things out. nowadays i stop for a while buying from ebay us. already stop for 1.5 years because my daughter now is 1.5 years. i am waiting for all 8 new figures i bought about 1.5 years ago from ebay to arrive these few days. my friend in texas kept them in his home all thise while.

since i am on 18months study leave now with some study allowance monthly i'll be buying again from ebay smile.gif. so if you wanna share shipping then we can always work things out later. just wait till i receive all my toys that i bought 1.5 years ago.

yeah true also cannot blame the shops selling toys in a full set. those left over sure nobody wants it.

Wah!!! why need to wait for 1.5 years?

i bought altogether 8 new mint figures so shipping was around US$60. 1 of the figures is the marvel select punisher figure, damn huge the packaging. after my wife gave birth to our 1st child my salary every month only cukup2 to survive lah. no more money on toys. imagine lah... infant milk... pampers...

so at the end my friend in texas kept them for 1.5 years until recently when i got the money to pay him smile.gif anyway i've received all the toys on last thursday all in good condition. damn happy... but kastam taxed me rm30 something.

smile.gif

let us wait "together-gether" see who's package reach us first.. smile.gif
maybe next week.... waiting....waiting.. yawn.gif

on the other note....

other then the HLJ where else do you guys buy models from online?

i found a couple Japan online store (since i think their price is quite reasonable compared to others) namely Hobby World and 1999

those 2 have a cheaper kits but always no stock... maybe because their price is cheap.. a lot of people buy from them.. thats why always no stock.. smile.gif

maybe my next purchase i'll try from them and see... smile.gif
anyone have experience getting from those 2 shops?

Count me as another satisfied customer of HLJ. Orders usually arrive within 10 days from date of ordering. Kastam just check the box only and didn't open the plastic wrapping. Regarding other online stores, I have ordered from Hobbyeasy of HK - another good store and I think it's a little bit cheaper than HLJ. Have ordered once from Great Models of USA but mahal la!

My parcel just arrived today and everything were intact. I'm not sure why this time it took about 2 weeks to arrive and it might due to the ASEAN Summit Convention and the authorities just taking precaution measures I suppose. About 1999 Hobby Search Kits site, I like them because it shows you the contents in the box and we would actually see and examine the quality of each respective kits from their manufacturers. Unfortunately, 1999 doesnt ship those items by 'SAL' but instead they use 'EMS' and it would be a little bit expensive although they offer lower pricings compare to HLJ.

I've found a Japanese version PS2 AVD (dating sim) game and a plastic anime model figure at play-asia.com that I want to buy but after some comparison with other sites such as cdjapan.co.jp I figured that most Hong Kong online merchants sell Japanese imports at a higher price than merchants in US and Japan. Play-asia.com even charge about the same for shipping as US merchants even though it was closer to Malaysia. huh.gif

The PS2 AVD game I wanted to buy cost 9900 yen (RM320) in Japan, USD95 (RM360) in a US online store but play-asia.com sells it at USD109 (RM415). Cdjapan.co.jp and amazon.co.jp sells items nearer to Japan market price but CDjapan.co.jp carries limited selection of anime model/figures/plush toys and no PS2 games while amazon.co.jp doesn't ship Japanese domestic product out of Japan. sad.gif

Can you guys help point me to recommended online merchants who sell Japanese domestic PS2 games and anime model/figures/plush toys/collectibles at a reasonable price and ships to Malaysia? Your help is most appreciated. Thanks. smile.gif

P.S. I prefer online stores in Japan that ships to Malaysia.

Have you tried Hobby Link and Hobby Search?

http://www.hlj.com/
http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/

The price are much lower but mainly anime figures... not sure about gaming products though.

Check with them, unfortunately not available.
Actually the PS2 ADV game is a limited edition package that comes with a figure.
Why does the Japanese create limited editions when so many people want to get one. sad.gif
