Nex 6 + 16-50 focusing

woohoo.. same here, maybe can sell my nikon 35mm 1.8 to switch to this haha..

So tempted with Nex 6+35mm f1.8. GO Go Sony , keep up the Tech OnSlaught !! That new kit lens is what it should have been 2 years ago!!

wao~~ lot of people want the 35f1.8...

finally got chances to try my nex-hot shoe adapter...

but realize the nikon yn rf-602 cannot be trigger

so for testing purpose just used the nikon ttl cable
the result is quite pleasing...


taken with nex-3, 16mm pancake lens, sb-27 on non-ttl auto...

I think have to firesale all my other gears di.

i need the flip screen n touch screen more...

flash can always use hot shoe n external, evf can add on also...
but nex6 never got 180 flip n touch screen...

I read somewhere says Nex-6 got touch screen

yea really weird sony didn't include touch screen in NEX-6
imagine you have to key in the wifi password using the available physical button

but the good thing is NEX-6 will bundle with the new pancake zoom lens, really love that lens slim profile especially after seeing the comparison photo, the 18-55 look huge from the comparison


EDIT: just found out from a taiwan based forum the NEX-5R at taiwan will bundle with the new 16-50 as kit lens
hope we can get the same kind of bundle as well

with SELP1650+SEL55210=NT$32,980

NEX-6 body only=NT$24,980

Mode control dial and Quick Navi assure quick and intuitive operation comparable to a DSLR's Control dial, Fn (function) button and touch screen (including touch shutter function) combine to greatly facilitate operation and speed getting the shot.

it's a mistake by sony i believe, NEX-6 does not have touch shutter.

i have a 5n and honestly, i dont really need touch screen since there is dial and 180 flip screen not necessary for me as well... hmm hmm

Taiwan had started pre order the 5R with 16-50mm lens. when will be our turn???

So which set for you sir?

Nex-6 + 35mm + 11-16?

I use touch screen function all the time, love it so much,especially when we flexi focus, It perform dramatic well, speedy to focus compare the button function.

Touvh screen made Nex 5N users more easy , users friendly compare to non touch screen camera(personal opinion) ,no offence to amyone here

tell you what... initially i bought 5n for touch screen, but now not really like...
maybe becos i put on my hand strap and always accidentally touch on the screen.. hmm
pros and cons la...

I might let go my Nex-C3 with SEL1855 as well

this time sony is make a great move, which cause all of us want to sell our current camera + lens

i not sure anymore is it a good news for us
