Has anybody used the Canon EOS RP yet? I'm thinking to upgrade to this camera, but would like to hear opinions from real users...

hi guys.. am wondering is sony a6300 being discontinued already? was planning to buy one a couple of months ago and today I search on lazada and shopee not many sellers and the price was higher than before..

if I remember correctly previously was around 2500+/- range whereas now is about 3000+/- range

i plan to make youtube videos ala jerryrigeverything. but only see hands, no face time

can someone recommend what camera, mic, and lighting i need?

Sony A6400 kit. 180' tiltable screen suitable for your Vlogs. However this has no IBIS (a6500).

How about Cannon G7 MIII or G5 MII options ..

Have never used Canon's P&S cameras before only their DSLR lineup. Outta Youtube for reviews. IMO best to stick to Sony/Fuji for lightweight cameras.

Any specific features u want? : Wouldn't say there's a feature I want just can't decide between the two. For the type of photogrphy I do, I'm not sure if the AF in DSLR or mirrorless is better. Also I'm coming from the D3100 and already have 2 Nikon glass (just the 35 1.8 and sigma 10-20 3.5) which I can get an adapter for the fuji but it'll only be MF. However, because it's a mirrorless fuji has focus peaking which IMO can help a lot. I guess rn my decision is based on whether the quality over on the fuji side is worth the trade offs. Currently I just want to spend on the body and probably some glass later on.

Any suggested brand else or model? Looking at budget 5k below with lens and some free gifts along.

I would buy Lumix GX85 for video shoot as it comes with 5 axis in body stabilization so you no need to rely on gimbal. I've spent only RM3k for the camera together with pancake kit lens vario 12-35mm plus Lumix 25mm f1.7 lens.

Additional info: I started taking photos using my phone. And I quickly found that I can't get the delicious images that you can get from a telephoto (image flattening) or a wide-angle lens. Most things feels flat when taking from my phone (U11+).

I'm basically looking into taking photos during concert, therefore it is best to have a good zoom distance, good stabilization and take good photo in low light condition. Already own a bulky DSLR, so I'm looking for point and shoot camera instead for portability.
