Google's DNS IP addresses are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

100Mbps not so hot...only 100GB quota! Better use 8Mpbs and boost to 50Mbps....currently using 8Mbps...more than fast enough.. NO QUOTA LIMIT...when wanna download HD Blurary rip, just turn on the Boost...10GB download in maybe 15-20 minutes.

Thanks Oliver Bro Yup sometimes changing DNS will help.

Bro TengTJ, is everythig fine now ? I believe it's just some intermittent network DNS propagation problem.

Haha Bro...yup this 100GB quota makes people 'hot' ! Some users wanted to try this super highspeed (at least in Malaysia still can shout ....lolx) ...

looking at the high speed fibre broadband speed and price in Singapore(eg Singtel) and HK(HKBN etc), your jaws would drop. when would we see similar package in Malaysia? hmm

btw jjj2, what is the maximum speed per consumer/home user that Time can actually offer with the current equipment? must be higher than 100mbps right

is time facing dns problem? I cannot access few websites, including www.time.com.my

Yup you are right , Currently Time are facing some problems for customers access on certain website , this is happen especially for KL customer in fact.


Time technical team currently work hard to resolve the particular issue and we will revert to u once problem solved

Need your Help to report to us on the error message you received when u access the particular website as this info will help us a lot in trouble shot the issue

I am ok as only limited websites that I can't access. I can use my Digi phone internet if I want to access website Time has problem
