I suggest you take more tests & do some statistics.

The Routing issues usually causing this...I'll do some tests via other ring & keep you updated with more test results.

Guys ...

Wanna do a quick check with you all regarding the phone services provided with Time Fibre.

When you try to dial out .....after completing pressing all the numbers you want to dial out .... do you get a connecting tone before the user picks up?

Mine is just silent until the user picks up.

Is this normal ....or is this just plain weird?

Curently Time is having some issue for calls to certain mobile network operator having issue of no connecting tone before the user pick up ,and we are working tightly for overcome this issue

Would you mind tell us which network operator when u called having this issue?

Hi Bro,

By right, after you press all the dialing number, you definitely will receive connecting tone before the user pickup, sometimes there is a delay of 4-5s , this is normal, but your case totally without connecting tone is certainly not normal.
Yes this problem did happen before, it's not any big problem.

Bro YeapCH...

I tried calling from Time phone to local fixed line number, outstation fixed line number, Maxis, Digi .... all no connecting tone. After finish dialing the number ..... just silent until the user picks up the call.


I called up Time Customer Service last week.....no response also. Sigh.
