Just question,
- based on what I read on this forum, time internet line is not stable? Will this be intermittent or permanent?
- I am about to sign up the Astro IPTV package, when I do, will the Astro channels on IPTV be affected with TIME internet broadband line?
thanks.
*
Every Broadband may face problems from time to time due to internal or external factors. just like we human being can not runway from problems.

Important things is how the Service provider react when problems come.

Their attitude towards customers is essential when problems poped out.

Yes Astro IPTV packages is using Time broadband services.

Thanks for your enquiry on Time.

i am nearby (not atas like MK but nearby segambut) and all is A-ok. downloads are roughly 900 kb/s or more (on torrent) and uploads reaches 30Mbps hahaha (without Boost)

with Boost activated (turbooooo!!!!), i download on torrent at more than 3.5 Mb/s
the way you answer is like leaving everything to god. i have horrible experience with Time CS, don't expect world-class customer service/reaction time/polite answers/satisfying apologies. just treat them like they owe you money.

when you have fibre, you expect it to be faultless, perfect and just working. any problems just check your own router / ONU / cable to riser.
*
Thanks for highlighting your uncomfortable incidents with TIME CS. It would be great if If u can Highlighted in specific whom u experince the bad encounters with here so that Time can improve further.

In Malaysia , if u expecting fibre is faultless, i think it is to ideal as cabling of fibre may have afftected by to many unexpected external factors.

Hi, I saw at Time website that it has some building "pinned", does it means it's available here?
Btw, it's Kuching, Sarawak.
*
in Kuching, Time Fibre Home braodband is not available yet.

What u see "pinned: is private leased line

Sign up with yeapch01. Good customer service and follow up. They came to install yesterday. The wiring job is perfectly done, hardly can see the cable if you never go to look for it. They glued it very nicely.

All up and now I can enjoy the high speed download and no buffering on youtube anymore! smile.gif
*
Bravo !!! and thanks Allen for your support and kind words on TIME .

Hope Your enjoy the high speed download especially during cny and not forgetting to introduce your friend to us if you happened to bump in.

Hi Bro,
interested to switch to TIME. is this rebate offer applicable to streamxy user?

streamyx early termination charges

I'm still in 1 year contract for BB deal package, should be under Streamyx standard package categories penalty.
*
Hi bro

The Penalty of early termination BB contract from Streamyx is not Covered by Time.

The Penalty of switch over is only cover for current Unifi user.

Thanks for your enquiry.

unifi is not pure fibre that is why. the phone socket uses a copper cable and not optic fibre cable.

Hi TIME admin,

Got coverage in Regalia Service apartment, jalan kuching? Also, if i subscribe to 15M, do i really get 15mb as promise?

Currently on unifi 5m and I do get 5M from unifi as promise.
*
Hi bro

for modest and conservative answer We get from Time Regional Sales Head to Time corporate customers :

"For broadband service, we only provide “best effort” which means, at any point of time, we guarantee 50% of the speed subscribed. It is standard and applies to all telco’s since this is a shared technology."

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you all need further clarification.

Of course Time strive very best effort to maintain best service and support to our customer as we are the only fibre provider that provide 100% fibre solution

The coverage we will check and revert accordingly

thanks for your interest on Time home Fibre Broadband.
