I have question about 2000mins free calls. This only for IDD( mobile and fixed line) or can be used for local/domestic calls? If local calls,then worth the money.Subscribe to 8Mbps at RM129/month,value of calls is RM100,assuming calls is RM0.05/min.
Appreciate anyone from Time or its agent can clarify |

I got about 180ms ping with Time 10mbps plan. When i boost up to 30mbps,ping surprisingly is 300ms
|

For accurate speedtest,it is advisable to connect to cable instead of wifi
So if I connect white fiber cable directly to notebook,I can start surfing as well? Sorry for the stupid question |

Still facing problem to access some website.I see some users in KL also facing same problem I am ok as only limited websites that I can't access. I can use my Digi phone internet if I want to access website Time has problem Thanks JJJ2 for your concern |

Since yesterday I could not open some websites. One of website is www.citibank.com.my. Anyone facing same problem? I use my phone internet as modem,I can access to citibank website

Slow speed esp D/L last two days. Used to get ~10Mbps DL but only get 1-2Mbps DL. Even boost to 30Mbps didn't help.
Actually 2Mbps is good enough for me Anyone facing same situation? |

I have problem access to wechat using Time broadband since last night. Off modem and on again no help. But using Digi 3G is ok. Quite sure is not phone setting since 2 phones having same problem

Time speed is very stable.Only complaint is occasionally some having problem to visit certain website.Just two weeks ago I could not go to TheEdge and certain website. Now no access to wechat
Hope anyone here from Time can help |
