Need some guide here.. i apply for a 5mbps unifi last month, and the bill came in today stating : Recurring Charge RM210.

i tot unifi is standard rm149??

The router was running for a few weeks without any issues until today. I turn it off and on with the modem. Still same issue.

Account if being suspended will take 24 hours to reactivate even if u pay on TM Point

Happened to few of my friends

Unifi credit billing system are strict on 2012

If u pay late then ur acc got suspended

end up call cs pay thru online banking..gv them reference number when u call them..ask them reconnect the line...

Really need help here. I was trying to config my RT-N16 with DD-WRT firmware
for my Unifi but was not successful. I already tagged vlan2.500 but still couldn't
get the IP. One thing I'm not sure whether it was the cause or not. I didn't turn
off the BTU/vDSL modem for 2 minutes.

Something weird also happed last night. after that I tried to restore factory default
setting then after that I couldn't create vlan2.500 anymore. I tried to config it then
saved and rebooted but vlan2.500 won't show up.

Now I flashed with original beta firmware from klseet. Everything is working fine now
but still feeling like want to use DD-WRT. Really need help here. T_T

Please help me. which vlan to tag for RT-N16 with DD-WRT firmware.
vlan2.500 or vlan0.500 or vlan1.500 ? why my vlanX.500 not showing
up after I configured them?

i wonder why must delay till barred only pay? Why cant pay earlier? Is good they delay to get subscriber to pay earlier or on time

because the free one is crap. At first i thought why everyone keep complaint complaint conclusion is true the free one is really CRAP.

Simple definition simple usage

Simple usage - DIR 615 is okay
Heavy downloading - must change

I am using TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND the stability and speed is superb. No disconnection at all not even lose signal

Are you entitled for any promotion? Eg: Free One Month Subscription fee or Free Installation?

Anyway, without any promotion,

You should be billed:
i) First Month(Month of installation), PRO-RATED (From the day of installation to the end of month or the next bill cycle)

ii)Second Month(Month after installation), ADVANCED PAYMENT (This is an ADVANCED PAYMENT. Means you pay at the beginning of the month for the particular month. Phone call charges will be charged in next coming month bill.)

iii)Installation fee(I'm not sure whether this applies to you since TM is having so called promotion that goes on for whole year), RM40 each month for the first FIVE MONTHS

iv)Stamp Duty, ONE-TIME RM10

Example:
You installed on 15th January
On 1st February, your bill received should consist of

i)RM149*16/31 = RM75 (About 50% of RM149, lazy take calculator. PRO-RATED, you pay for 16 days from 16th January to 31st January)

ii)RM149 (For FEBRUARY)

iii)RM40 (Installation fee, IF APPLICABLE)

iv)RM10 (Stamp Duty)

v) Any phone calls you made to NON-TM Fixed Line or Mobile

Clear enough?
Bill received on March or Later will only charge you RM149++(Internet+Calls to Mobile/Non-TM Fixed line)

even send debt collector to chase january bill. even now also not yet due, still january.

lol

agent: encik masih hutang unifi january bill RMxxx bla bla bla

me: huh? last week dah bayar di tm point.

agent: encik belum bayar january bill RMxxx.

me: confirm dah bayar di tm point, bayar cash lagi.

agent: Tak, encik belum bayar .........

me: bill di depan mata saya, online pun list all clear, mana boleh mcm ni.

agent: encik tak bayar lagi. boleh bayar di tm point, cc, online ......

me: dah bayar ni.

agent: confirm tak bayar.


even you paid all in cash @ tmpoint, myunifi confirm zero outstanding till now, even send you a thank you for payment sms 1 day later.

after 1 full week still you get msg like this.

almost mission impossible but they manage to pull this stunt from their system.

this is 1 way to really piss off customer.

if the portal not updated, nvm acceptable, system late.

the worst is almost updated instantly.

big green character "PAID".

some more thank you sms.

in what world this will flag your account? almost impossible.


even ignore all above, the bill not yet due also, even today.
