What kind of system will send an account to debt collector agency with detail like below.

bill date: 4 January
due date: 3 February
fully paid: 11 January

got a printed ack for payment from TMpoint.
myunifi portal list "PAID" zero outstanding
even got a SMS msg "Thanks for your payment"

1 week later, a debt collector called to collect the same amount minus 2 cent.

wow now TM send debt collector even before due date?

the worst part, you paid early, in time, at TM Point, by cash.

the result you get a call from debt collector represent TM collect the same bill amount - 2 cent.

total bullshit.

New Unifi experience?

even send debt collector to chase january bill. even now also not yet due, still january.

agent: encik masih hutang unifi january bill RMxxx bla bla bla

me: huh? last week dah bayar di tm point.

agent: encik belum bayar january bill RMxxx.

me: confirm dah bayar di tm point, bayar cash lagi.

agent: Tak, encik belum bayar .........

me: bill di depan mata saya, online pun list all clear, mana boleh mcm ni.

agent: encik tak bayar lagi. boleh bayar di tm point, cc, online ......

me: dah bayar ni.

agent: confirm tak bayar.


even you paid all in cash @ tmpoint, myunifi confirm zero outstanding till now, even send you a thank you for payment sms 1 day later.

after 1 full week still you get msg like this.

almost mission impossible but they manage to pull this stunt from their system.

this is 1 way to really piss off customer.

if the portal not updated, nvm acceptable, system late.

the worst is almost updated instantly.

big green character "PAID".

some more thank you sms.

in what world this will flag your account? almost impossible.


even ignore all above, the bill not yet due also, even today.

TM system seem late or misconfigured.

I also get the same Thanks SMS early in the morning.

Which i clear more than 1 week ago.

Today noon, receive another SMS and Email.

"Your February bill is available, please logon to myUnifi Portal for viewing and payment"

sometimes you wonder, are they really try give customer this impressions.

"Thank you for your payment, Ok, now please pay again."

at least now not sending debt collecting agency to collect the on time "PAID" payment like last January.

That really will set you off.
