what cable? RJ45 (ethernet cable)?  That one will solely depends on contractor. You need to nego. But if all that is needed is run the cable on the wall by nailing it using that cable holder, you better save your money and do it yourself.
*
It's running thru the ceiling that requires to climb above the ceiling . Then go different path lol

hmm plan to change to unifi soon

i read the brochure.. it says unifi is built for wired connection

and wireless connection will have limited capabilities

-,-

how slow is the unifi wireless? for the 5 mb package... and how fast will the wired be?
hmmm
*
As fast as wired on speedtest. Stablity depends on your wireless hardware not line.

If both running wireless N 300mbps you will cant really feel the difference about the lag like mine now.

I nego labour till RM100. Then he said per metre RM5 i calculate back 20M also end up RM100 then i said its okay. Then later change my mind RM100 network cable i can pull go around my house and come back lol.

If Labour RM50-RM70 is okay. The Fibre optic no choice. But network cable you can go buy a 20M - 30M only RM 20-RM35 then u ask him pull pay him labour

Need help! Anyone using Asus RT-N56U (firmware 1.0.1.8b) keeps getting disconnected from Unifi? Very strange as it was working fine until today. Now using back the D-Link and its ok.

because the free one is crap. At first i thought why everyone keep complaint complaint conclusion is true the free one is really CRAP.

Simple definition simple usage

Simple usage - DIR 615 is okay
Heavy downloading - must change

I am using TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND the stability and speed is superb. No disconnection at all not even lose signal
