QUOTE(rattan @ Mar 24 2012, 01:26 PM) Don't worry buddy. Checked with TM. They have not activated your port. Should be done within 24 hours. I help you gao tim. Oh then can I actually get the same people to come over tomorrow to install it. Actually they told me they can't finish within one day for me cause too much job to do. They were suppose to install the FTTH to my house and set up the BTU inside my electric room first. Then tomorrow, they will come and help me to either pull RJ-45 cable to the TV and computer area or use Powerline adapter, and help me to connect the phone line into the PABX system. The contractor told me they charge one of my neighbours here RM1000 for the job. |

Hi,
I've being informed by Unifi agent that there is a promotion whereby I just have to pay RM1 monthly instead of RM26 to retain old number. When I ask someone at TMPoint, the agents have no idea regarding this promotion. |

Getting bad download speeds today. 100 KB/s average. Constant timeouts to my server in US.
Is it just me or are there others experiencing this also? Thanks |

It's okay. Just called Unifi account department.. She mentioned that promotion is true but not rolled out yet as it's still under test phase.

Hi guys,
I have just managed to replace my router given by Telekom with a TP Link WR841ND model. It works perfectly with good reception EXCEPT the following situation: I have 2 deskstop PCs connected to the router by cable and 1 desktop PC using wireless USB receiver. If lets say 1 desktop PC connecetd through cable and 1 desktop PC using wireless are running, both will be running smoothly. However, if the 3rd PC connected through cable is being used, then the wireless desktop PC will get disconnected for a while, like 3 minutes, before it gets connection again. Anybody knows why? It really baffles me. |
