Hye everybody... Just wanna ask why do I cant connect to the Internet... I have
checked. The LAN is okay (green light at router, Huawei BTU), the Wireless also
okay (green light), all okay EXCEPT there is no light at the DSL indicator... No DSL
surely I cant connect to Internet rite? Aaarrgghh!!! Why? All my hardwares are
good. I just dont get it. 48 hours already like this and its killing me. Please, help
me with any suggestion.

Best you lodge a complaint to TM.
1300-88-1221. Let them send technician over to investigate. Call them quick, don't delay.

Thank you, mate... Well, yea its the best way but Im spending my big life at
office... Daily and daily... So, let say I call them, they will come within 3-4
hours later or in 24 hours? Sure not in one hour, I would understand that. Its
DSL. Im sure its not my hardware, in my mind. Is there any possibility my
phone cable outside of my house has been countered by any natural
disaster? (I live in an apartment, Damansara).

Well depends how you talk to them. Tell them its urgent and need it to be solved. Sometimes they come on the day, most cases the next day.

try call TM..mine kena before...once thunder strike at midnite...DSL and phone line down...thn morning DSL back to normal can surf..thn phone down...so i call TM ask them send tech guy come my condo check..tht time whole 3 block condo all kena..phone line down..thn next day...phone line back to normal i call back TM cancel the report..

Yap, mine too, got thunderstorm and the DSL lost connection..., call and email UniFi center (email from their homepage is better, since it's responded faster), next day they call and send technician to replace

That's the quota,once you reach it, your speed will be throttled. anyway, its not implemented yet.No worries.
