Anyone received letter from developer to collect keys yet?

Yes my friend did today! Need to pay rm 1.4k plus first? Thought they have been late for the vp. If we pay for the 1.4k already could we stll be claiming the fine for late vp later?

They started mailing out the vp letter this week. So after bank disburse the final loan sum then only can the owners collect the keys.

check mudah. by sqft. since this provide , semi-finished, more facilities and new properties. could get better and higher rate. if can cover ur installment that could be fantastic.

Okok. I thought it is from the developer initially.

If this is your first time receiving interest charge from bank, it means your DIBS has ended. Bank is charging you interest.
At the mean time, the developer should be paying buyers LAD for exceeding the s&p period if they are already late in vp.

hi, i am block F too.. which floor? haven't got key, pending on bank release final payment. By the way, remember to pay the maintenance fees & others misc charges

Yes, and the management is in the condo already..
