But from their website, most units should be >1mil.

Ya. No doubt Ara Damansara is one of the best place for own occupy. Quiet and a lot of high end landed.
But wonder whether high End condo can make an impact here.

actually the design is very unique, but i don like the swimming pool bcs the swimming is not on the top floor and some more the view from the swimming pool was blocked by the building.. zzzz...

we have one big abandon project in AD, and that time it was the most highend project ever in PJ for high rise...

bad new: only 100+ unit for 683sqft (2 bedrooms)
indicative min price: rm600psqft

this is seriously doable...siapa cepat dia dapat...

Type A is 715 sqft. So total price is from RM420k+?
