Passed by the site and saw the construction of the showroom. Looks like just started only...

The block launched and the new block to be launched are both next to the Sg Kayu Ara. Understand that the smaller unit has the "Sungai" view. You can check out the Sungai, not so nice looking (water not flowing and looks like clogged) and seems like has odour from the Sungai also, what say you?

Called today and was informed that the sales launch will be next month. No date yet but will notify those who registered on their website.

Believed that the 60% takeup rate are mostly for the smaller/medium units. The market is definitely experiencing a slow down in sale of bigger unit.

Average price above RM700 psf. Worthwhile investment?

Had a look at the floor plan. In view of the unique architectural design, the layout seems to have many odd angles and not too occupant friendly especially when one of the selling point is for the elderly. Any comments?

From the google map below, petronas is at the end. If behind petronas, where exactly is the loji?
I know that Block D/E/F are beside the river, which is not a pleasant sight...

Any offer to mark the boundaries of Aragreens, Villamas and the loji on the map? Thanks!

Read that Villamas will also be launching theirs in June/July. As Aragreens is at RM700psf+, wonder how much will Villamas price theirs?

Since both next to each other, which one has better investment potential?

P/S Villamas starting size seems like 1,300 sq ft, so much higher entry price compared to Aragreens with smaller size available

What are the psf price of other condominium in the vicinity?

The critical question is at RM700 to RM750psf, is it a good investment?

Oasis is going for RM650 psf only...now...

Is the medical system included? Anyone has any information how much would the medical system cost if one purchase the system from HSC?

Was told by SA that the following are provided for the 700 sq 2 rooms unit:

1) Signatue Kitchen kitchen cabinet with hood & hob
2) Oven, 2 in 1 washing machine and fridge
3) Singnature Kitchen built in cabinet for master bed room
4) Signature Kitchen built in cabinet & study desk for second room

Above worth about Rm40-50k

But the question is at RM750psf??
