I like to rent out my unit smallest with 2 bedrooms only, ground floor, and 1 car park. may i know the market rate there?

I from block F, ground floor smallest unit. Not going to stay since i from JB. I have no received any letter from them for paying maintenance or misc fees. Only letter from Bank asking me to pay for interest since Sept. S&P saying Sept 14th completion date, does this mean HSB will compensate the interest?
