Did not expect an area like Ara Damansara to command such premium price for high rise. |

wow.... din receive any update even though registered interest via their website
sigh... i think all booked by directors, directors' friends, staffs, stakeholders, etc OR another round of sticker games when open to public, normally left only those 'not so nice' units |

Where's HSC building? How come the pre-launch is so quiet/"secretive"? This is like SHC launching for uptown. No news and all internal..
