Potential buyers should beware - all Ara residents are protesting against the development. No proper title and a lot of hanky panky. Approvals also not there. If buy and pay over RM1mil - will risk losing deposit like Platinum Hill nearby.

Not all Ara residents are against it, the nearby abandon project is Platinum Damansara.

I don't know about the improper title or approval.

called the sale office, they said official launch is on end of April, show unit will be ready on site. During the launch the new block (block E) will open for sale. estimated 5% increase for each block. if there is 6 blocks in total, each block increase 5%.. will it mean the last block will be 30% more expensive compare to the 1st block?

current block (block D), all small unit sold out. and they said got more than 50 ppl in waiting list for small unit. 1200sf one stil have 4 units available.

any taikor invested? this can buy? compare to oasis suit, which one better? please advise.. thks.

Not sure about launching date. Venue should be on the site (Ara Damansara, next to the upcoming Tesco Ara Damansara)

Passed by the site and saw the construction of the showroom. Looks like just started only...

The block launched and the new block to be launched are both next to the Sg Kayu Ara. Understand that the smaller unit has the "Sungai" view. You can check out the Sungai, not so nice looking (water not flowing and looks like clogged) and seems like has odour from the Sungai also, what say you?

Anyone know the launching date?

Guess they've hired experts in cleaning the river....they
re using some 'mud' thingy to solve it like in Malacca....
