the dual key unit is interesting... really looking fwd to see how much it cost!

Went to look see look see at the sales office today. Nice concept but damn bloody expensive.... Average after 5% discount is RM700 to RM750 psf. Too high la. No go for me.

Just came back from sales gallery. There currently is 5% rebate for early birds and another 5% for bumi. looks great for me. Going there again tomorrow to decide. a bit expensive for per sf. but i think from planning, facilities provided is top class (futsal, basketball, badmiton squash, jogging track karaoeke, etc). Range from 500k - 3M.

I would prefer if the sales office/show room is near the actual site instead of travelling all the way to KL city centre

Now only soft launch(not official launch). Only one block is being on sale. I can say around 70% is booked. There is 5 more blocks for sale during official launch which is in May. The one in KLCC is sales office. Showroom will be at site and be open this May when launching. 500 k is for smallest (around 800 sqf-2bedroom unit).
