good new: smallest unit is 683sqft
bad new: only 100+ unit for 683sqft (2 bedrooms)
indicative min price: rm600psqft

i think plus with the air-cond total area is 715sqft. but in the brochure is 683sqft.

price not sure. it just min indicative price. think should be higher than 420k.

unit layout kinna "ought" i guess due to the building layout.

however, i think the concept is attractive, especially the large community area.

I think developer is emphasizing on multi-generation concept with its "dual key" layout (well, its just selling 2 units with 1 price)

Is this Leasehold? as I know there are on going leasehold development in AD..

two bedrooms with rm2000 rental is possible if it is located walking distance to lrt station.

just got insider news that smallest unit is selling at rm680k.
the type b - 1,217 sq are selling at 1 million up.

I don't feel confident to part my money for this project.

called the sale office, they said official launch is on end of April, show unit will be ready on site. During the launch the new block (block E) will open for sale. estimated 5% increase for each block. if there is 6 blocks in total, each block increase 5%.. will it mean the last block will be 30% more expensive compare to the 1st block?

current block (block D), all small unit sold out. and they said got more than 50 ppl in waiting list for small unit. 1200sf one stil have 4 units available.

any taikor invested? this can buy? compare to oasis suit, which one better? please advise..  thks.
