price not sure. it just min indicative price. think should be higher than 420k.

Tis project looks pretty seductive. All under one roof. If jmb in future can do a good job, value of tis project ll at least double in few yrs.

Look like only 10 flrs or so per block (total 6 blocks)? Is it due to close proximity to Subang airport? Total how many units? Seem really a good buy..

unit layout kinna "ought" i guess due to the building layout.

however, i think the concept is attractive, especially the large community area.

I think developer is emphasizing on multi-generation concept with its "dual key" layout (well, its just selling 2 units with 1 price)

Is this Leasehold? as I know there are on going leasehold development in AD..
