I thought Tesco normally will take less than a year to complete? Like the one in Kepong Manjalara, damn fast to finish.
Oh ya suddenly there are so many new launches in AD, even SCH also come in. Hopefully no regret picking AG instead of waiting SCH soon launching project..

I think with tht kindda pricing, it's obvious tht dev is confident in delivering good quality built condos. U get wht u pay for la. Those looking for a bargain price project around tht area should think twice.

Think with Putra Perdana as the contractor, the quality is given but from an investment point of view, at 920psf, what will be the market value upon VP, exceed 1000psf? RM700k for a 2 room unit??

If enter at RM 920 psf, to sell at RM 1,000 psf would be a non profit game. Min RM 1,100 psf and above ... The market value only is given exceeding RM 1,000 if demands hitted with transactions recorded at VP period.

I must say I'm impressed with the structural design and the overall details put into this condo from the begining. This is a well designed condo & it's really a benchmark for others. Envy the buyers, be it locals or Kahlous.
