What are the strong selling points of AG?

On paper, AG looks impressive. Will it will be the best in AD? Ara Hill is the king now.

Definitely. Their pool of buyers are seriously no play play. Their holding power damm strong.

How is current sales of AG?

Lost momentun conpared to 1st launched. Buyers r spoilt w choices of high rise communal living. I wonder is it over supplied if condos here. Will it back fire?

What about the 30% Jap buyers? Is it achieved yet? Hope it is coz this will further elevate the status of Ara Green.

I think not limited to Japs. The approval condition is for 30% foreign buyer...

These foreigners should be able to sell to locals after VP right? If yes, will this create supply to sell?

Understand that tesco got their development order sometime ago. More important is when they start construction. Should be around 2 years for completion. So if start now will be before aragreens vp.

aragreens vp as per brochure is oct 2015 but SA said possible by q2 2015. Anyway putra perdana speed is fast as they are one of the most reputable construction company in town

Oh ya suddenly there are so many new launches in AD, even SCH also come in. Hopefully no regret picking AG instead of waiting SCH soon launching project..
