2) What is the estimated pricing?

4) Estimated completion date based on current progress?
5) How far away from the new LRT station?

Fuyoo, I didn't realize that Ara Damansara already command such pricing. Anyway, the units are expensively furnish I guess. I buy for rental game, rugi wo.

anyway, i believe ara d'sara will not go wrong, great place to stay... looking looking...

It will be highly congested looking at the traffic conditions even now. Can't imagine 5 yrs down the line where all the (overly supplied) high rise condos/serv appts/SOHOs & SOVOs/offices... And LRT alone wouldn't ease much of the congestion IMO.
