QUOTE(twincharger07 @ May 9 2012, 11:14 PM) herm.. i cant predict.. i m waiting n see how soho perform in subang 1st... TwinCharge Bro, I like your neutral comment yet very powerful to me... Is depend individual game plan on different project... Each new project sure have their own risk and potential part... Which Im waiting to see the potential part of 3E show in the future... it is still rather a new product in our market... my current perception y it is selling well is bcos cheap and attractive package. but i m not sure about its investment fundamental n potential nature, thus i m still sitting aside n observe.. my view is neither good nor bad, i m just unsure Added on May 9, 2012, 11:54 pm QUOTE(awh85 @ May 9 2012, 11:52 PM) Not sure about the discount part... But IMHO, Dev still need to have the discount to attract the buyers and im pretty sure they will mark up the price for phase 2...This post has been edited by seanooi880327: May 9 2012, 11:54 PM |

Last block is now open! Hurry". with lesser discount and package and increase of price which they did well from 19th til 25th floorAdded on May 9, 2012, 11:54 pm Not sure about the discount part... Hurry". with lesser discount and package and increase of price which they did well from 19th til 25th floor makes sense also. good thing for first phase buyers then.not sure how hot the demand would be if price increase + less discount. probably a slight increase with 10% rebate might still do it. to all buyers of 3elements, feel free to like this fb page as well : https://www.facebook.com/pages/3elements-SO...264114567019823 |

One thing I didnt like the duplex was the location of the bathroom. This causes your living room to be very narrow, so from your sofa your tv is only a few feet away from you... how to watch la
At least in the studio's your tv is about 12 feet away from you |

IMHO. SOHO concept for investors. Crowd or residence and culture in that area is very important. Not every area suitable with SOHO concept. Without the correct crowd, your tenants will be the normal residence that stay in SOHO without commercial activities. The problem is with wrong type of tenants. the place will not have good rental yield and will not have good tenants.
Even for PJ or Subang area. SOHO concept is still relatively new for the town. Oversupply of such concept in the wrong area will make ur investment to become high risk. location and crowd will up to you to analyse. im not familiar with seri kembangan. |
