One thing I didnt like the duplex was the location of the bathroom. This causes your living room to be very narrow, so from your sofa your tv is only a few feet away from you... how to watch la

At least in the studio's your tv is about 12 feet away from you

so now awaiting their approval. but uob called last week and said my loan approved, now need to decide if want to keep or let go my 1st unit

keep us updated if you really get 85% commercial loan from maybank so i can f the bankers for sharing the wrong info.
*
defo will do... if i dont get 85% my banker will get f real well, especially when I told him to double check cos many of them told me only resi loan

But in true honesty, im really hoping he is right, meaning this is pretty much a zero down purchase rclxms.gif

I applied Tiger Bank but they told me is resi loan...

They said Tiger bank is do resi loan for this project and not commercial loan..
So far only U*B offer commercial loan...

Ruben..May i know your tiger banker is from 3E or your own banker?
*
this is a 3E banker loh, i think tiger bank also not sure what they are doing cos other 3E banker told me the same thing you mentioned but some telling me otherwise

Hi, in your guys opinion, will there easy to get residential loan approval if second property?
*
should be ok depending on your income levels, but best speak to the bankers there to check out first

Heard from Allia*ce their loan is term loan?? so according to banker in ccris will not be reflected as a home loan but a non-housing loan... so say this is your 2nd home loan, you can still after this buy another property under 90% MOF only cannot apply under them as their internal record only will show as home loan so must apply under other banks only. However rates and tenure etc all exactly the same

Anyone can confirm if this can be done? Dont want to do this and then when want to buy another house get stuck

Heard that less that 10 units. But the price will be min RM270k++ (after RM8k increase)
*
So the 8K has been added on to the original purchase price since the units are back on the market?

Wow wonder what will be the prices eventually when they launch the service apartment block.

Btw, anyone know how much the duplex was sold for?
