New update. Those who expect 85% loan for commercial loan as a result from uob bank banker's offer that they will try to appeal for u, you may jus forget about it as this will not happen. The maximum loan you can get is 80%. this update is from my fren who bought an unit there. Anyone knows any bank offers commercial loan for this project?

But still okay as Developer give 15% rebate... So, basically you just pay 5 % downpayment to get commercial loan...

cant remember exactly.. but for resendential/homeloan rate i got -2.4 for maybank while commercial rate is about -1.9 if i remember correctly. =_=

residential 90% loan under Allian*e or Mayb**k is blr-2.4, commercial 80% only under U*B blr-2.2

Wah lau weh... when I went last week they told me only got Alliance Bank n UOB... the sales advisor nvr mention Maybank is financing it as well... kns... want to called her up and ask again...
Yup blueberrycake is rite only left with 531 and 500 sq ft units left... unless i think if ppl loan get rejected then only got extra unit on sales again...

maybank actually came in late from what i know.. and giving the best rates.. esp for the first 3 years.. since dibs, first 3 years doesnt affect buyer much.
